Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has emerged as a critical factor influencing organizational culture and employee behavior in modern workplaces. This study examines the relationship between CSR policies and employee engagement, exploring how socially responsible practices enhance workforce morale, loyalty, and productivity. By analyzing a diverse set of case studies and industry data, this research identifies the key dimensions of CSR that resonate most strongly with employees, such as environmental sustainability, community involvement, and ethical business practices. The findings indicate that employees are more likely to feel engaged and committed when their employers prioritize CSR initiatives that align with personal values and societal needs. Furthermore, the study highlights the mediating role of organizational trust and perceived fairness in strengthening the connection between CSR efforts and employee engagement. These insights underscore the importance of integrating CSR into core business strategies to foster a more engaged and motivated workforce.Published
