The COVID-19 pandemic served as a global catalyst for the rapid adoption of remote learning technologies across educational systems. This study presents a cross-cultural comparative analysis of remote learning adoption in the post-pandemic era, examining the varied experiences, challenges, and innovations across regions. The research investigates factors influencing remote learning uptake, such as socio-economic conditions, technological infrastructure, cultural attitudes toward digital education, and government policies. Findings highlight the disparities between high-income and low-income regions, as well as the role of cultural norms in shaping student and teacher engagement with remote learning platforms. Furthermore, the study explores long-term implications for equity, accessibility, and pedagogical practices, identifying best practices that can inform the global educational community. This comparative analysis emphasizes the need for culturally responsive strategies to ensure effective and inclusive remote learning systems in a post-pandemic world.Published
