Abstract

Blended learning, an educational approach that integrates traditional face-to-face instruction with digital learning tools, has gained widespread prominence, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper explores the effectiveness, benefits, and challenges of blended learning in higher education and corporate training. The literature review highlights how blended learning enhances engagement, flexibility, and academic performance through interactive content and personalized learning experiences. Best practices for implementation include well-defined learning objectives, balanced instructional design, and continuous professional development for educators. Despite challenges such as technological infrastructure and faculty adaptation, blended learning remains a crucial innovation in modern education. Future advancements in artificial intelligence and adaptive learning systems hold promise for further enhancing this model.
