Abstract

Pedagogy 4.0, a learner-centered and technology-driven educational model, aligns with the Fourth Industrial Revolution by integrating artificial intelligence (AI), big data, virtual reality (VR), and smart learning environments. This approach enhances personalized, adaptive, and competency-based learning, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility while addressing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education). Digital pedagogies bridge educational gaps, promote lifelong learning, and foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. However, challenges such as the digital divide, teacher training, infrastructure constraints, and cybersecurity concerns must be addressed for successful implementation. By leveraging digital tools and innovative teaching methodologies, Pedagogy 4.0 transforms education into an inclusive and future-ready system, preparing learners for dynamic global job markets and sustainable development.
