This paper explores the principles, models, benefits, and challenges of blended learning, emphasizing its potential to enhance student outcomes and prepare learners for the demands of the 21st century. Various models of blended learning, such as the rotation model, flex model, enriched virtual model, and flipped classroom, are discussed.
