Abstract

Teachers' professional development is a key element in the quality of education worldwide. The Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into teachers’ professional development holds great potential for transforming traditional models of teaching-learning process. AI continuous to evolve its role in teachers’ professional development will likely future expand, explore best practices and long-term impact of these technologies on teaching quality and student outcomes. AI offers the promise to personalized learning, scalability and real-time feedback, its implementation face barriers such as technological access, teacher resistance and concerns over data privacy. The study analyze how these AI tools impact teacher development and identify key barriers to successful implementation.
