Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a profound transformation in global healthcare delivery, introducing innovative strategies to address unprecedented challenges. Telemedicine, community-based care, integrated mental health services, and supply chain resilience emerged as critical advancements, enhancing accessibility and operational efficiency. However, these changes revealed new psychological challenges for both patients and providers. Patients grappled with the impersonal nature of digital healthcare and concerns over data privacy, while providers faced heightened stress, burnout, and the need to rapidly adapt to digital platforms.
