FREEBIES CULTURE POLITICS: DEALS A DEATH BLOW TO VIKSIT BHARAT

Abstract

Former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam in the year 1998 put forward a country-wide plan called "Technology Vision 2020" which was a road map for transforming India from a less developed to developed society in about 20 years. How far is this vision successful? As such the ruling Government has announced its intention of realizing the vision of a "VIKSIT BHARAT" "by the year 2047. (transformation of India from a developing country to a developed country).
