Abstract

Goal of Viksit Bharat is to transform the status of India from a developing nation to a developed nation. For the attainment of the goal, government is actively working through the implementation of various policies and schemes directed towards the people of India. This vision is Historic in itself because it will transform the lives of the people of 5th largest economy. For developing an effective Insight into the topic of National concern and importance, this chapter has been formulated to understand the concept with a special focus on the progress made under the government programs and understanding the varied objectives that are on the top of line for the attainment of the status of developed India. Further the study concludes with certain highlighted features of the Union budget presented in 2025 leading the way towards Viksit Bharat.
