Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has increased the complexity and scale of cyber threats, necessitating the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in cybersecurity frameworks. AI-driven solutions enhance threat detection, risk assessment, and incident response through machine learning, deep learning, and automated decision-making systems. This paper reviews the current trends in AI applications for cybersecurity, including anomaly detection, behavioral analysis, and predictive threat modeling. Additionally, it examines the challenges associated with AI deployment, such as adversarial attacks, data privacy concerns, and ethical considerations. The study also explores potential solutions, including explainable AI, robust training methodologies, and improved regulatory frameworks. The findings highlight that while AI significantly strengthens cybersecurity defenses, continuous research and development are required to address emerging challenges and optimize AI-driven security strategies.
