The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a massive shift to remote work, forcing employees and organizations to adapt quickly. While this change allowed businesses to continue operations, it also introduced several difficulties, such as communication gaps, technology-related issues, work-life imbalance, and declining mental well-being. Many employees struggled with distractions at home, lack of professional support, and feelings of isolation. This paper highlights the major challenges faced during remote work and explores strategies to improve the efficiency and well-being of remote employees.Published
