Abstract

This study explores the evolving relationship between technology and student mental health, highlighting both its benefits and challenges. As technology advances, digital tools enhance education, improve accessibility, and support mental health awareness. However, excessive use can contribute to anxiety, stress, and academic burnout. This research examines the role of AI, online learning, and social media in shaping students' psychological well-being. Findings suggest that while technology-driven interventions can improve mental health, a balanced approach is necessary to mitigate risks. The study underscores the need for sustainable digital strategies that foster academic growth while safeguarding students’ mental and emotional well-being.
