In the digital age, the integration of technology into education has transformed learning environments, offering benefits such as increased accessibility, personalized instruction, and innovative teaching methods. However, this shift also presents challenges to mental health, including digital fatigue, anxiety, and reduced social interaction. This paper explores the psychological impact of technology on students and educators, emphasizing the need for balanced and mindful digital engagement. It highlights key concerns like screen time, digital distractions, and educator burnout, while also examining the supportive role of digital tools in mental health care. Strategies for promoting digital well-being—such as digital literacy education, mindfulness practices, and the design of tech-healthy environments—are discussed. The paper concludes with a call for educational institutions and policymakers to prioritize digital well-being through inclusive, proactive approaches that support both academic achievement and emotional resilience.Published
