The present study attempts to explore the pivotal role of Emotional Intelligence in fostering effective classroom management indispensable for enhancing student outcomes. In recent times as the modern classrooms are becoming increasingly diverse and emotionally complex, the ability of teachers to understand and regulate emotions both their own and their students has become very much critical. The current study examines how Emotional Intelligence contributes to building positive teacher-student relationships, reducing behavioral disruptions, and promoting a secured, empathetic and supportive learning environment. The study highlights how emotionally intelligent teaching practices and strategies not only improve classroom control but also empower students to develop their own emotional and social skills and contribute to effective Classroom Management. The study further emphasizes that when teachers apply Emotional Intelligence in their classroom management strategies, it leads to increased student engagement, cooperation, and overall academic success.Published
