Abstract

Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a promising strategy to enhance the quality and accessibility of education in India. By harnessing the strengths of both the public and private sectors, PPPs can effectively address the deficiencies within the education system, particularly in marginalized regions. This collaborative model facilitates the sharing of resources, expertise, and risks, resulting in a more efficient and impactful delivery of educational services. This paper explores the potential advantages and challenges associated with PPPs in Indian education, underscoring successful models and case studies. It also scrutinizes the role of policy and regulatory frameworks in fostering PPPs and articulates a pathway towards sustainable and equitable partnerships in education.
