Abstract

The 21st Century has steered in an period of accelerated change in education, driven by globalization, digital revolution, and changing social requirements. School teacher preceptors, being the contrivers of unborn preceptors, need to be well predicated in 21st- century chops to respond and deal with these changes successfully. This chapter discusses the crucial capabilities needed of School teacher preceptors to address current educational issues and to train pre-service preceptors for flexible literacy surrounds.
