Education systems around the world are struggling with the issue of inclusiveness in a time of growing diversity and complexity. Education must go beyond conventional bounds in the quickly changing world of today to address the complex issues that students, particularly those from underprivileged areas, encounter. One of the strategies that shows promise for narrowing gaps, fostering understanding, and advancing equity is multidisciplinary education. This educational paradigm aims to satisfy the complex needs of students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, by combining various disciplines. Through the integration of knowledge from multiple disciplines, multidisciplinary education encourages students to draw links between subjects and apply what they have learned to real-world situations. With theme-based learning, for example, students can examine a main subject, like "water," from the perspectives of geography, science, history, and the arts. This is further enhanced by project-based learning, which involves students in group projects that call for the application of a variety of knowledge domains. The study explores whether multidisciplinary education is an effective means of fostering inclusion in educational environments using a review-based content analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine effective inclusive teaching strategies, assess the effects of these strategies on the academic and social outcomes of marginalized learners, and create useful frameworks for educators and institutions to adopt inclusive multidisciplinary practices. Teachers may design learning environments that meet the needs of all students, especially those from underrepresented communities, by incorporating multiple disciplines and implementing inclusive pedagogical practices. Careful curriculum design, continual teacher preparation, community engagement, and flexible evaluation techniques are necessary for the effective application of such strategies. Diverse students may benefit from more equal and fulfilling educational experiences if these strategies are adopted.Published
