This paper explores the transformative impact of skill-based learning and vocational integration within multidisciplinary education systems. As global labour markets demand adaptable, innovative, and job-ready graduates, educational institutions are increasingly adopting models that blend academic knowledge with practical competencies. Drawing from constructivist and experiential learning theories, the study employs a qualitative meta-analysis of policy documents, institutional case studies, and interviews with educators and students to examine evolving curriculum structures, industry-academia partnerships, psychological effects on learners, and implementation challenges. Through international case studies from Germany, Finland, and India, the paper highlights how diverse models foster employability, creativity, and holistic development. The findings emphasize the need for national skill frameworks, institutional innovation, curriculum redesign, and outcome-based assessments to ensure relevance and sustainability. Ultimately, the paper argues that skill-based education is not a departure from academic excellence but a vital evolution—one that prepares learners to be not just job seekers, but empowered problem-solvers and contributors to a dynamic global society.Published
