EXPLORING QUEER PEDAGOGY USING DIMENSIONS AI: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS

Queer pedagogical studies have garnered the attention of global researchers, as they represent the integration of gendered and queer studies into education, thereby creating an interdisciplinary domain. With the growing interest of the people, it has become significant to conduct a systematic bibliometric analysis in order to consolidate the comprehensive database. Hence, this study aims to identify the trend of queer pedagogical studies in recent years, along with the distribution of the subject domain in different fields of research, alignment with Sustainable Development Goals, identifying researchers, affiliated institutions, and research productivity through citation counts. To execute this inquiry, Dimensions AI has been considered, as this information system provides a comprehensive database of research studies in recent times. The study's findings reveal a growth in queer pedagogical studies within the education domain, as well as substantial differences in STEM-related domains. Future studies must focus on minimizing this gap, leading to comprehensive studies on queer pedagogies.Published
