Abstract

Advancing holistic education requires nurturing the integrated development of the mind, body, and spirit to create balanced and meaningful learning experiences. Holistic education emphasizes the development of the whole person including intellectually, emotionally, socially, physically as well as spiritually competent. It positions the learner as an active, critical, and participatory individual who understands themselves in accordance with a changing world across diverse local and global contexts. This chapter aims to provide a conceptual idea about TPACK and Triple E model. It further explores how the combined use of the TPACK and Triple E Model can help educators design inclusive, well-rounded, and student-centred lessons. Specifically, it demonstrates how technology can be integrated in pedagogically sound and content-specific ways that promote physical engagement (Body), cognitive development (Mind), spiritual awareness (Spirit), and real-world application
