The rapid digital transformation of higher education has created significant opportunities for innovation while simultaneously exposing structural inequities that hinder equitable participation. This chapter examines the intertwined concepts of digital equity and inclusive innovation, emphasizing their critical role in ensuring that all learners—regardless of socio-economic status, geographic location, or ability—can access high-quality, empowering digital learning experiences. It highlights key barriers, including socio-economic disparities, institutional constraints, uneven digital literacy, and ethical challenges associated with data and technology use. The chapter also explores strategic interventions to bridge access, quality, and excellence, including institutional digital equity frameworks, infrastructure enhancement, faculty development, inclusive pedagogy, cross-sector collaboration, and ethical governance of educational technologies. Future research directions, such as AI integration, longitudinal equity impact studies, and global comparative analyses, are discussed to inform evidence-based policy and practice. By aligning equity, innovation, and pedagogical transformation, higher education institutions can foster inclusive, learner-centered environments that promote academic excellence and social justice in the digital age.Published
