Technology-enabled inclusive education has become a defining priority for higher education institutions seeking to address persistent inequalities in access, participation, and learning outcomes. This chapter critically examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and digital technologies in fostering inclusive higher education, with particular emphasis on developing-country contexts such as India. Drawing on established theoretical frameworks and contemporary empirical studies, the chapter analyzes how AI-driven personalization, digital platforms, learning analytics, and administrative automation can reduce structural barriers and promote equitable educational opportunities. The chapter also discusses ethical, governance, and policy dimensions, emphasizing responsible and sustainable digital transformation. Overall, the chapter positions technology-enabled inclusive education as a strategic pathway toward socially just, resilient, and future-ready higher education systems.Published
