Abstract

This paper explores the ways in which digital learning is effecting the mental health of students. E-learning is beneficial for students. Digital learning is much more vibrant among students of all ages during and in the post COVID-19 era. This paper even highlights effective strategies to fortify students’ well-being in digital learning. Blended learning is beneficial for students in contemporary times. Recognizing the mediating role of mental health and the centrality of competence can inform interventions to foster a supportive digital learning environment. The intensity or frequency of mobile phone use may have a role in a variety of mental health issues among university students. The amount of time spent using a mobile phone and the intensity of neck discomfort, as well as the severity of musculoskeletal problems, have been proven to significantly positively correlate, placing a considerable cost on the healthcare system.
