Abstract

Awareness of the intricate relationship between psychological factors and educational achievements requires an awareness of the effects of anxiety, stress, and emotion on academic performance. Furthermore, pupils' mental health has a significant impact on their academic performance. Motivation, engagement, and general learning experiences can all be impacted by emotions. Additionally, our bodies and brains respond differently to different kinds of stress. To optimize the body's capacity to react to a predicted mental and physical challenge, the body also undergoes several physiological and hormonal changes. Stress and anxiety significantly hinder memory retrieval, which has an adverse effect on a student's learning process and affects things like decision-making and attentional control. Thus, stress management solutions for students focus on psychological tactics (like stress reappraisal and mindfulness), physiological strategies (like breathing exercises), and environmental factors (like noise reduction).
