Anxiety and stress both have significant psychological influence on stakeholders’ attitudes toward the teaching–learning process. This study examines how anxiety and stress affect students’ learning attitudes as well as teachers’ professional effectiveness. The research highlights negative outcomes like impaired concentration, reduced motivation, declining academic performance and weakened teacher–student relationships. The study also identifies school-based programs including stress-management workshops, professional development initiatives counselling, mindfulness practices, and aimed at reducing stress as well as anxiety. The findings accentuate the need for supportive educational environments for improving emotional well-being and ameliorate the overall teaching–learning process.Published
