Abstract

Contemporary education systems continuously prioritize academic achievements, moving away from students' mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. This imbalance contributes to increased levels of stress, fragmented attention spans, and declining mental health in learners. Our paper explores the integration of Mind-Body-Spirit through the philosophical lens of Whole-Being education. Drawing from philosophical foundations, humanistic and experiential learning theories, embodied learning, positive education, and eastern perspectives, the study promotes the importance of nurturing students unequivocally and as individuals rather than focusing only on intellectuality. This chapter explores how learning is influenced by emotional regulation, physical engagement, and spiritual sense of meaning and purpose. It highlights practices such as mindfulness, yoga, experiential learning cycles, and value-based education. These approaches encourage resilience, self-awareness, social capability, and long-term welfare alongside academic growth. We have also discussed practical strategies and daily-life integration, showing how holistic practices can be credibly incorporated into educational settings.
