The term "cultural revitalization" describes initiatives to protect, revitalize, and promote endangered or declining cultural customs, languages, and practices. Technology has been a revolutionary force in the modern era, allowing communities to record, share, and celebrates their cultural heritage in previously unheard-of ways. In order to revitalize indigenous languages, oral traditions, folk arts, and intangible cultural assets, this chapter examines the use of modern tools such as social media platforms, virtual reality (VR), mobile applications, and artificial intelligence (AI). The chapter makes the point that technology may be a potent accelerator for cultural survival and regeneration when used with community permission and cultural sensitivity, based on case studies from various international communities. It does, however, also recognize the dangers of commodification, digital appropriation, and the digital divide. In the end, the chapter promotes a community-centered, morally sound strategy for using technology to support cultural regeneration.Published
