As schools strive to assist students' overall development in addition to academic accomplishment, mindfulness and wellbeing have grown in importance. The discipline of being completely present in the moment and paying attention to thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without passing judgment is known as mindfulness. Students who practice mindfulness in the classroom are better able to focus, handle stress, and become more emotionally aware. These abilities help students stay focused throughout educational activities and react to obstacles in a composed manner. All things considered, including mindfulness and wellbeing into education fosters holistic growth and aids in the creation of healthier, happier, and more productive learning environments for pupils.Published
