Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare education by enabling adaptive, data-driven, and competency-based learning approaches across medical, nursing, physiotherapy, and allied health disciplines. AI technologies such as machine learning, intelligent tutoring systems, natural language processing, predictive analytics, virtual simulations, and generative AI enhance clinical reasoning, personalized learning, decision-making skills, and evidence-based practice. These innovations improve learning efficiency, support simulation-based training, and facilitate continuous assessment in technologically advanced clinical environments. However, the integration of AI also presents significant ethical, pedagogical, and technological challenges, including concerns related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, academic integrity, digital inequality, and reduced human interaction. This chapter critically explores the applications, opportunities, limitations, and future implications of AI in healthcare education. It emphasizes the importance of balancing technological advancement with human-centered educational values. Ethical and responsible AI integration is essential to prepare future healthcare professionals for effective practice within increasingly digital and intelligent healthcare systems.Published
