Effective communication and patient-centered treatment are crucial components of contemporary physiotherapy practice. Strong therapeutic alliances based on mutual trust, goal-setting, and cooperation have been shown to improve clinical outcomes, such as decreased pain, enhanced physical function, increased treatment adherence, and increased patient satisfaction. Throughout rehabilitation, effective communication strategies like active listening, empathy, concise explanations, and collaborative decision-making improve patient involvement and self-efficacy. Rehabilitation experiences and results are further enhanced by patient-centered strategies that honour unique values, preferences, and psychological requirements Measuring therapeutic connection and incorporating communication training into physiotherapy education are still difficult tasks, nevertheless. Rehabilitation outcomes and therapeutic relationships can both be enhanced by strengthening these competencies.Published
