Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) is a community-oriented and rights-based strategy designed to improve the quality of life, participation, and inclusion of persons with disabilities. Education is a core component of the CBR Matrix and plays a vital role in promoting independence, social participation, and equal opportunities. This chapter examines the education component of CBR, including early childhood development, inclusive education, non-formal education, higher education, and lifelong learning. It discusses the theoretical foundations underpinning CBR education, such as the Social Model of Disability, the Human Capability Approach, and international frameworks supporting inclusive education. The chapter also highlights the role of workforce training, community participation, and family involvement in successful program implementation. Furthermore, it explores barriers to educational access, including stigma, inadequate resources, and policy challenges, while reviewing recent innovations such as digital learning and telerehabilitation. Strengthening CBR education is essential for achieving inclusive, equitable, and sustainable educational opportunities for people with disabilities.Published
