The COVID-19 pandemic transformed the education system across the world, compelling teachers to adopt innovative teaching strategies within a short period. In India, the post-pandemic era has witnessed a significant shift towards blended learning, technology integration, student-centred pedagogy, and continuous professional development. Teachers have become facilitators, mentors, and innovators who employ digital tools, collaborative learning, and flexible assessment methods to improve educational outcomes. This paper explores the emerging dimensions of teacher innovation in post-pandemic India, identifies the major challenges faced by teachers, and suggests strategies for strengthening innovation in teaching-learning practices. The study concludes that sustained institutional support, digital infrastructure, and professional training are essential for creating a resilient and future-ready education system.Published
