Differentiated Instruction (DI) is an innovative teaching strategy designed to address the diverse learning needs, interests, and readiness levels of students in contemporary classrooms. This approach emphasizes the importance of tailoring instruction to create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. By utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials, DI enhances Student Engagement (SE), motivation, and academic achievement. This educational strategy shifts away from traditional one-size-fits-all teaching methods, embracing a more personalized learning experience that orders instruction to engage students effectively. This paper explores the roles of DI in enhancing both SE and academic performance, highlighting its significance in modern educational practices. It integrates findings from various studies to illustrate how DI can lead to improved student performance, critical thinking skills and overall positive attitudes toward learning. The study revealed that DI not only equips students with necessary academic and life skills but also prepares them to thrive in an increasingly complex and diverse world.Published
