In modern education, differentiation plays a crucial role in addressing diverse student needs by modifying instructional strategies, content, and assessments. This research explores the impact of differentiation on students' academic performance, motivation, self-efficacy, and overall learning outcomes. It also examines teachers' perceptions and the challenges they face in implementing differentiation. Additionally, the study investigates the effectiveness of differentiation strategies in catering to different learning styles and the role of technology in facilitating personalized learning experiences. The findings highlight that differentiated instruction enhances student engagement, fosters inclusivity, and improves knowledge retention. However, challenges such as time constraints, large class sizes, and limited teacher training hinder its effective implementation.Published
